It’s now purple jackaranda’s turn to do its thing. The crisp air is mixed with a soft perfume fragrance making this spring of ’14 uncharacteristically bright and beautiful. Which brings us to the pleasing success of our Three Tea Journey earlier this month.
The undisputed star was the Moonlight White of ’12. Downy and shimmering, she pleased with the secrets revealed with each infusion. There’s an interesting story about this tea’s processing, which I’ll be happy to share when you pay the Center a visit. I have two varieties, the other possessing a peppery kick and leaves that brew to beautiful display. Don’t forget about my meetup should you like enjoy tea with fascinating people. Our next gathering is on the 18th of May.
